Yoga Fundraiser
at
Wild By Nature Forest Sanctuary, Dyer’s Bay

Yoga Class
You will be welcomed by Barbara, at the breath-taking Wild By Nature Forest Sanctuary. As we walk to our class location, Barbara will tell us about their amazing environmental restoration of the former quarry to create Wild By Nature Forest Sanctuary. Chantelle will join us at the lavender-edged yoga area. Here you will connect with nature around you as well as your inner nature through breath and a gentle, grounding 40 minute Yoga practice. In this beautiful outdoor setting, we will focus on giving to and receiving from our beautiful Mother Earth.
Lunch
You are welcome to bring a litter-less lunch to share friendship and camaraderie.
After lunch, you are invited to take the self-guided forest bathing trails (by donation please to Wild By Nature Forest Sanctuary donation box on site) and be inspired by nature.
