Join Barbara and Nina from Loving Yoga for the first annual fundraising event to help restore the natural beauty and habitat of Cape Chin Meadows at MapleCross Nature Reserve at Cape Chin. Your teachers will guide you through a silent mindful walk followed by a yoga practice on the lawn at the lookout.
The silent walk is a nice introduction to mindful meditation and will be guided in intervals. The yoga practice will begin with some foot rolling introducing you to The Roll Model Method and its’ many physical benefits. From here we will lead you through a gentle Hatha yoga practice with the Georgian Bay lookout as your backdrop. You are welcome to stay for a picnic lunch and some more hiking at your leisure.
Cost: Free will donation. Please consider donating generously for this worthwhile fundraiser. Tax deductible receipt available upon request.
Parking:
Parking option 1 – Park at meeting point 750m from the lookout at designated parking by 9:45am
Parking option 2 – Park at gate on Cape Chin North Road for extended hike (3kms to lookout) arrive with enough time to reach the meeting point at 10am
What to bring:

Yoga mat or towel (large towel preferable on the grass)

Tennis ball or Yoga Tune Up ball

Litter less lunch

Water bottle, bug spray, etc.
