Painting Continues Around Edges of the Canvas
This young Great Blue Heron was fishing in the Sydenham River beside our house in the early summer. We are fortunate to see Great Blue and Green Herons, as well as many other birds such as Belted Kingfishers, Swans, Cormorants, Mergansers, Buffleheads and Wood Ducks on the river throughout the summer months. I photograph these birds and use the photos as references for my paintings. Sue Davies
